Felingco operates through two complementary entities: Shanghai Felingco Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd., focused on high-performance alloy R&D and international trade backed by SJTU and CAS; and Jiaxing Felingco Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., anchored within the Tsinghua University Yangtze River Delta Research Institute.

Felix has built his career at the intersection of large-scale organizational management, precision industrial operations, and frontier academic research. After senior management experience in Beijing, he joined Sanma Groups — supplying global brands including ZARA — where he currently serves as Executive Deputy GM of Sanma Fastener, overseeing technical standardization, global market development, and cross-border manufacturing across Asia.

She drove Jiaxing Felingco's establishment within the Tsinghua University Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, connecting Felingco to policy frameworks and institutional partnerships that few materials companies can access.
